Mount Mansfield

My family (most of them, at least) came to visit me towards the end of summer of 2000 in Vermont. We did a lot of stuff, but the best picture-taking was up on Mount Mansfield, the tallest mountain in Vermont. This is a both a scenery and a family portrait gallery.
Captions were made with the help of many different family members, spearheaded by Amy.

All pictures are thumbnails. Click on them if you want to see a bigger and better picture, under 97.4k.

Here's the story of a lovely lady
And a man named Gary
Who were bringing up four children of their own.

Then one day the man and lady took their family (all but one girl. She stayed home to make money for college and freeze beans.)

On a trip to see their boy out in Vermont.
The first day they climbed Mansfield Mountain.

Which made them a very strong but tired looking bunch.

Then they saw a shady looking fellow
Who kept following them no matter where they went.

Here he's featured as "King of the Mountain."
He's the second brother in the Fredman bunch.

The Fredman bunch,
The Fredman bunch,
This one almost became a fish's lunch.

As you see this group of three please look behind them.
You will see the beauty of this mountain.
We're in the highest place in Vermont.
The Fredman bunch, The Fredman bunch, Hope our journeys have made you as pleased as punch. As pleased as punch.
