Sometimes you read a story and don’t really believe it’s true.\u00a0 Sometimes you can see exactly how it would play out.<\/p>\n

The other night, Sarah woke up around 1:30 with Asher standing in the doorway.\u00a0 Asher said, “Daddy said ‘come here Asher!'”\u00a0 Sarah looked at me, dead asleep, and told Asher to go back to bed.<\/p>\n

When Sarah told me this story the next morning, I thought she should have given Asher different instructions.\u00a0 Maybe she should have instructed him to respond with “speak Lord, I’m listening<\/a>.” But then again, it took Eli three sleep interruptions to figure it out!<\/p>\n
