{"id":105,"date":"2008-05-05T12:24:37","date_gmt":"2008-05-05T18:24:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fredman.org\/blog\/2008\/05\/05\/baby-update\/"},"modified":"2008-05-05T14:34:44","modified_gmt":"2008-05-05T20:34:44","slug":"baby-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fredman.org\/blog\/2008\/05\/05\/baby-update","title":{"rendered":"Baby Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve had a special request for more baby news&#8211;I guess it&#8217;s a little tough to write about the baby when there are so many fun stories to tell about Titus (which I never seem get around to writing about either)!<\/p>\n<p>So the scoop on the new baby:<br \/>\nWe had a 36 week ultrasound where the baby measured 8 lbs. 9 oz., give or take a pound.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s pretty big.<\/p>\n<p>Given the typical growth rate of half a pound per week, that would put us in the range of 9 1\/2 lbs. to 11 1\/2 lbs. at 40 weeks (full term).  Of course, the doctor Sarah was seeing with Titus wondered if he may have grown more than half a pound per week during those last few weeks.  I&#8217;ll let you do the math&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>So needless to say, we&#8217;re concerned that this baby may be Titus-sized or larger.
