He&#8217;s also getting better at correcting his words to be the right pronunciations, so Sarah and I are already starting to miss the way he used to say things.  Below is a sample of some of our favorite Titus phrases, along with their English meanings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Words &amp; Phrases<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shay-sher: Shower<\/li>\n<li>Yay-yer: Water<\/li>\n<li>Lay-ler: Later<\/li>\n<li>La loo: Love you<\/li>\n<li>Mah-mah pa-lee ah-kee: Mama, please carry<\/li>\n<li>Up-dar: Strawberry<\/li>\n<li>Ach-ize: French Fries<\/li>\n<li>Gucks braid: Ducks bread (he likes to feed bread to ducks&#8211;when he isn&#8217;t eating it himself!)<\/li>\n<li>Coop nup: Scoop, dump (anything that scoops and dumps dirt, water, etc.  If it&#8217;s a large and yellow piece of machinery, it&#8217;s coop nup)<\/li>\n<li>Nup: Stump (or anything that is fun to stand on)<\/li>\n<li>Cuck: Truck<\/li>\n<li>Up-cuck: Dump truck<\/li>\n<li>Ah-bige-cuck: Garbage truck<\/li>\n<li>Neen-nup: Clean up (toys, broccoli off the floor, dirt on the driveway&#8230;he&#8217;s a tidy young guy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Family Members<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pah-pah: Sarah&#8217;s Dad (Papa)<\/li>\n<li>Nah-nah: Sarah&#8217;s Mom (Nana)<\/li>\n<li>Ah-pah: My Dad (Grandpa)<\/li>\n<li>Ah-mah: My Mom (Grandma)<\/li>\n<li>Uah-boots: Sarah&#8217;s brother, Joshua (nicknamed &#8220;Ua&#8221;, further nicknamed &#8220;boots&#8221;)<\/li>\n<li>Bethhhhh: Sarah&#8217;s sister, Beth<\/li>\n<li>Paul-paul: My brother Paul<\/li>\n<li>Ah-sah: My sister Alyssa<\/li>\n<li>Uck-o Pe-tor: My brother Peter<\/li>\n<li>Uck-o Mai-me: My sister Amy, (Uncle Amy, translation: Auntie Amy)<\/li>\n<li>Ah-nah: Josh&#8217;s daughter Adrianna, Titus&#8217; older cousin<\/li>\n<li>Babe-Oll-ie, or Ba-by Oll-ie: Paul and Alyssa&#8217;s new baby Oliver<\/li>\n<li>Rrrrate-ah-mah: My Grandma, Titus&#8217; Great Grandma<\/li>\n<li>Mah-mah: Sarah<\/li>\n<li>Dah-dah, Dah-die: Me!<\/li>\n<li>Ba-by Ash-er, or Babe-Ash-er, or Babe-Ash-er-Aaaawwww, or Babe-Ash-er-crique (cry), or Babe-Ash-er-leap (sleep), or Babe-Ash-er-bah-bos (bubbles&#8211;when he blows bubbles): Titus&#8217; little brother Asher<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure there&#8217;s about 500 funny sayings I&#8217;ve missed.
