{"id":1321,"date":"2013-06-23T18:51:28","date_gmt":"2013-06-24T00:51:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fredman.org\/blog\/?p=1321"},"modified":"2013-06-23T18:51:28","modified_gmt":"2013-06-24T00:51:28","slug":"embarrassed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fredman.org\/blog\/2013\/06\/23\/embarrassed","title":{"rendered":"Embarrassed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We were walking across the street yesterday to our neighbor&#8217;s (and the boys&#8217; babysitter) graduation party.\u00a0 I leaned over to Titus and asked if we should drive over to Kim&#8217;s house.\u00a0 He laughed at me as I described the advantages of driving over walking.\u00a0 Then I switched to the idea of riding bikes and scooters instead of driving.\u00a0 At that point we hit the middle of the road between our two houses and Titus growl-whispers to me, &#8220;Dad!\u00a0 Be quiet!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It turns out that yesterday, for the first time, Titus was embarrassed by his Dad being too silly.\u00a0 Sarah is just glad that Titus has now joined the ranks of people who might be embarrassed by me in public.
