He is getting pretty good at making eye contact with me in a  mirror, even when the sounds I make are coming from a different direction  entirely.  I was making faces at him and he was smiling back at his favorites.   Then his eyes drifted over to look at himself, and he started smiling and cooing  at himself!  I don&#8217;t claim that he recognized that &#8220;other baby in the mirror&#8221;,  but he definitely thought that the &#8220;other baby&#8221; was worth smiling  over!<\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This weekend I was working on his mirror skills.
