Today, Sarah began her weekly doctor appointment schedule, which will continue until the baby is born (weekly appointments, not today’s appointment). Things are still going well, and the doctor had a bit of fun news for Sarah. Well, it will be fun if the doctor is right, and it won’t be so fun if she’s wrong. Turns out that there is a well-founded likelihood that we will be heading into the hospital before May 31st (the due date).
That’s a little alarming to hear at first, but since “full-term” is 37 weeks (just a half a week away), and the baby would likely be fine if he was born tomorrow, s’all good. Sarah just has to take it a little easy this next week.
(I’m posting this to ask for a little accountability help, here!)
We’ll keep her down this weekend if at all possible. But you know her and she gets antsy beyond control sometimes.
