Yesterday was a bit of a dreary day and so we mostly stayed in (except for our trip to Target where the power went out and we were stuck in complete darkness!). I know my boys like to read but yesterday it was like I had to beg to do any other activity…and really, why would I do that?! So, Titus thought it would be a fun challenge to make a big tower of all the books we read during the day yesterday. Today is dreary as well but we’re off to a play date with Tyler and Miss Casey.
I’m wondering how hard you had to work to restrain Asher long enough for Titus to get his tower that high. 😉

Ah, nephews after my own heart 🙂 Both of these pictures are so so cute! I love that it was Titus’ idea to make a book tower – it makes the cuteness of the picture even more special! When the boys were at our house, it was always so fun to watch Asher “read” to himself – he was so content for so long just looking through those books – upside down, backwards, skipping pages… 🙂 I do have sympathy for you, though, as even I would have been begging for another activity after a tower that high!!
