Yes, I have known for a while that it would be anytime now that Asher would go from 2 naps to 1 and part of me was even looking forward to it so that we had some larger chunks of time during the day to do some different things. Well, it appears that the time may be here and I’m actually mostly sad about it right now. I know we’ll figure out a new routine soon but for now I am grieving the loss of what I call the “sacred nap time.” This picture is how I found Asher after helping him try to nap for 45 minutes this morning…didn’t so much work =)

Squirt is right! If only MOMS could determine when sacred nap time occurs and for how long:).
You know…I’ve been thinking. The independence of a toddler, combined with the nap schedule of an infant would be just about perfect. 😉
