One Inch Per Month

Titus had his 4 month doctor’s appointment today, on his 4 month birthday/anniversary, and he just keeps growing! His weight is up to 18 1/2 lbs, which is about what I would expect, I suppose. However, his height (or length) is 27 1/2 inches! So he’s exceeding that one inch per month formula for four months running (23″ at birth, 25″ at his 2 month, and 27 1/2″ at his 4 month)!

It’s much more difficult for me to be able to gauge his change in height than weight gain. I supposed it’s because I carry him more often than I stand him up to see how tall he is, but I should’ve probably concluded something after moving his car seat straps to the top rung this weekend!

I checked Andy’s baby book, and it looks like Andy and Sarah’s son continues to have a jump on height and weight in comparison to his dad. His mom and dad are going to get stong arms because he has a lot of strength and wiggles!
