Cooking Vacation

So I really do enjoy cooking…and especially trying new recipes. BUT, let me say that if someone else offers to do the cooking for me for a while, I would certainly not argue! This was a great weekend for that =) On Saturday night Andy and Titus made pancakes (from scratch!) for dinner and they were fabulous! Then yesterday I needed to make muffins for my ECFE group this morning and Titus helped me a ton! He is at such a fun age where he wants to be involved in those sorts of tasks and it really can be a help too. You may notice that he is wearing a great apron that Auntie Alyssa made part of and gave him for Christmas…so cute! And yes, I do realize that every time I mention something homemade, it is from Auntie Alyssa…she’s really quite talented =) Happy Monday everyone!
